Hello, hello, hello! As the new term approaches, so do a whole host of gigs big and small from a huge variety of acts. Of course, this is all right on your doorstep, right here in Nottingham, so we’re here to keep you up to date with everything that’s coming up.
Firstly, Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls will be stopping off at Rock City on the 9th of December as part of their Get Better Tour. After just playing Reading Festival for the 10th year in a row, the veteran folk rock outfit will be looking to be a hit at one of Nottingham’s most popular venues. This show is currently sold out, but if you are interested you can join the waiting list and try your luck.
Also featuring at Rock City, this time on the 22nd of November, are the Courteeners, who will most likely be celebrating the release of their 5th album ‘Mapping the Rendezvous’, due in late October. With some surprise guests yet to be announced, this promises to be an excellent gig. If you’re desperate to be there, there is also a waiting list if you’ve missed out on a ticket.
Finally, none other than Nottingham’s very own Sleaford Mods will be playing a double show at Rock City over the 3rd and 4th of November. The rowdy duo always blow the roof off with their live shows and are always welcome back in their hometown. If you want to be part of what will surely be an fantastic night, there are still tickets available for the second tickets, or you can join the waiting list for the first night.
